We encourage an initial commitment of six months, as this is a realistic timescale in which to make lasting changes to your work and your life. However, everyone is different, and the duration of coaching is entirely up to you. You may only need to work on a specific short time goal with your coach, or you may want coaching over a longer period of time. After an initial six month programme, many clients chose to have twice monthly or once per month calls to create continuing accountability and momentum.
Coaching sessions take place over the telephone. Depending on the package you choose, your sessions will either last 30 minutes or 50 minutes.
In your first few sessions we will work together to develop a clear long term vision and short-term intentions. We will then create a plan of action to get you results in as short a time as possible.
