Amanda Alexander is a highly experienced coach and inspirational workshop leader with experience across a wide range of organisations. Amanda is one of the most highly trained professional coaches in the UK with PCC accreditation from the ICF (International Coach Federation).
In 2003, Amanda founded Coaching Mums, which has helped thousands of working mums to swap a guilt-ridden, stress-driven vicious circle of hurry for a virtuous circle of calm, confidence and fulfilment
Amanda also coaches executive clients. Her clientele includes middle and senior management clients from blue-chip organisations such as BT, Linked In, ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants), BBC, Warner Bros, Marks and Spencer’s Financial Services and Amex. Her prime areas of executive coaching expertise include career progression, leadership, career change, work life balance and time management.
Educated to Masters Degree level, Amanda was previously an accredited Project Manager with demonstrable experience in project planning and control, subcontractor management and risk management. Working for multi-national blue chip IT companies, she has worked in UK, Europe and Africa setting up and successfully delivering IT systems integration and change management projects and delivering training to Project Management professionals.
